Can't locate datafeed.id

Hi,
I'm new to symphony so I tried to create a basic python bot.
I used the symphony tutorial for python bot to create my bot but once done the datafeed.id file is not created and my bot is offline but still answers to my messages.
My questions are how can I get the datafeed.id file and why is my bot offline ?
