Hi,

I'm trying to do a basic POC by embedding a sandbox room indode my webapp, using:

<iframe src="https://develop2.symphony.com/?embed&streamId=lX1hwfmQ-AK_k_a_BB0y2n___q2-0KfbdA&module=room&mode=light&font=xsmall"></iframe>

This requires a room ID, but I don't know how to find it ?

Answers

You can find the RoomID (aka streamID) by clicking on the timestamp of any message in the conversation. This will open the Message Status module, where the Conversation ID can be found, as shown in the following picture.
